The 'Designated officer' for my wife's complaint has now been appointed and is making arrangements for interviews. His role is to confirm that there is a case to answer, before going to the full tribunal. I thought this had already been done, but I suppose they have to go through the formal procedure.
Also he says we should have seen the response from the defendent, which we have not, so he should now send that to us.
